In this privacy policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy), we provide you with information on how UAB Realu LT (hereinafter – the Company) processes your personal data obtained: when the Company provides services to you on the website www.realu.lt (hereinafter – the Website); when administering your accounts; when the Company conducts direct marketing; to execute contracts between the Company and counterparties – natural and/or legal persons; to promote the Company's visibility and disseminate information about the real estate sector; when you visit the Company's website; when you submit inquiries. Hereinafter, all specified persons whose data is processed by the Company are called Data Subjects.

3. What is personal data? Personal data is any information collected by the Company about a Data Subject that can be used to identify the Data Subject's identity and is stored electronically or by other means.

Personal data includes any information, including the Data Subject's name, surname, email address, telephone number, and other information that the Company collects about Data Subjects for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or in a separate consent from the Data Subject to the Company.

We may obtain your Personal Data when you provide the data to us (use our services, create an account on the Website, submit an inquiry, etc.), when you use the Website (the website may automatically collect information about your actions on the Website). We may also obtain your personal data from third parties in the cases specified in this Privacy Policy, etc.

4. Personal data that is processed when providing services to you By using the services provided by the Company, you can share information with Website visitors about the real estate object you are selling or renting.

In order to provide you with high-quality services (placing and publicizing an advertisement about a real estate object), it is necessary for us to process your personal data.

For the purpose of providing services, we may process your name, surname, email address, phone number, and address.

After placing an advertisement containing information about a real estate object, we will also process information related to this real estate object (description, address, photos, price, other information specified in the advertisement).

The Company, in order to collect and process your payments for the services provided to you, will also process your data related to the proper settlement for services, i.e., name, surname, email address, order number, information specified in the payment purpose, other specific payment data (amount, date).

All personal data is processed to fulfill mutual contractual obligations and legal obligations applicable to the Company.

Your personal data is processed as long as services are provided to you and for 10 years after the end of the service provision.

For the purpose of providing services (by publicizing your active advertisement), personal data is made public only to the extent necessary to provide you with the services (as long as your placed advertisement is active).

If you refuse to provide your personal data, the Company will not be able to provide you with services.

We emphasize that in cases where the advertisement about the real estate object is placed by a service provider of your choice (for example, an intermediary service provider you have chosen), for the purpose of service provision, we will process information about the real estate object (description, address, photos, price, other content of the advertisement) on the basis of the Company's legitimate interest to properly provide the service to your chosen service provider. Please note that your chosen intermediary service provider is also a controller of this data. Your personal data is made public only to the extent necessary for us to provide services to our client (as long as the published advertisement is active).

5. Account registration and administration To ensure the smooth provision of services and create a better customer experience on the Website, the Company's services are provided after creating an account on the Website.

When registering an account on the Website, you provide us with the following registration data: your name, surname, email address, phone number. By registering an account, you confirm that the personal data you have provided is accurate and correct.

To ensure the functionality and administration of your personal account, the Company separately processes your email address (as a login name), account password, account creation date, account login data, actions performed in the account (e.g., information about created, active advertisements).

The mentioned personal data is processed to fulfill mutual contractual obligations in providing you with services.

An active account is considered an account that is used at least once every 5 years. For this reason, the Company will process and store your personal data for 5 years from your last login to the account. After the 5-year period, your account will be deleted.

You have the right to demand that your account be deleted at any time. In response to your request, the Company will immediately delete your account and the personal data processed for the purpose of account registration and administration. The deletion of your account does not affect the further processing and storage of personal data by the Company for the purpose of providing services, as specified in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

If you log in to the Website using the Google tool, your personal data is transferred to us by Google Ireland Limited. From this service provider, we receive your name, surname, email address, and Google account identification number. In this case, your personal data is also additionally processed by Google Ireland Limited, which describes in detail how the company processes your personal data in its Privacy Policy.

Direct marketing, sending newsletters For individuals who have provided their email address and expressed a desire to receive information about the Company's services, newsletters, and other promotional material, the Company may send offers regarding our services, newsletters, or other promotional materials by email.

For the purpose of direct marketing, the Company will process your email address. Your data for direct marketing purposes will be processed for 2 years from the date of giving consent.

To receive offers from the Company's partners and other service providers about their offered services, you can fill out an inquiry form on the Website at any time and specify to which sector's service providers you wish the Company to transfer your personal data to receive an offer. Upon receiving your completed inquiry, the Company will forward your inquiry to the Company's partners operating in your chosen sector.

Given that the Company's circle of partners is large and several Company partners may operate in the service sector you specified, to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data, the Company will initially share only the content of your inquiry with partners (without providing your other personal data) and only after carefully selecting a partner to fulfill your inquiry will your other personal data be transferred to this data recipient. In all cases, our chosen partner will contact you regarding the provision of services in the manner you specified.

For this purpose, it is necessary for the Company to process your name, surname, email address, phone number, other information provided in your inquiry, and the date of the inquiry.

All your personal data is processed based on your consent. Your personal data is also transferred on the basis of a paid service agreement between the Company and the Company's partner.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the transfer of your personal data at any time. You will not experience any negative consequences for withdrawing your consent. This personal data is processed and published on the basis of the Company's legitimate interest. The personal data is processed for 5 years from its publication.

Execution of the Company's contracts with counterparties (natural and/or legal persons) For individuals providing intermediary or other services, we grant the right, based on a separate agreement with the Company, to place advertisements about their clients' real estate, advertise their services, and provide other information related to the service provider themselves on the Website.

In executing the agreement with you, the Company processes your name, surname, email address, phone number, individual activity number, bank account number (for processing and executing payments), information related to the content of the services provided, etc.

In cases where you are a service provider who has posted an advertisement (description) about your provided services, we will also process information about your professional activity and duties.

Your personal data is processed as long as services are provided to you and for 10 years after the end of the service provision.

To pursue its legitimate interest in ensuring the execution of the Company's contracts with counterparties that are legal persons, including clients, the Company processes the following personal data of these persons' employees: name, surname, email address, telephone number, content of correspondence, place of work (position held).

The specified personal data is processed during the validity of the contract with the legal person and for 10 years after its termination.

10. Defense of rights and interests The Company, on the basis of its legitimate interest to defend its rights, including in civil disputes, processes the names, surnames, personal identification codes, case circumstances, other information related to the case, and publicly available information of the persons involved in the case or their employees. Data may be transferred to law enforcement authorities, lawyers, or bailiffs carrying out debt collection. The data is destroyed 1 year after the final resolution of the case and the full satisfaction of the Company's claims (if the claims are satisfied).
