Partial Finish

In our project, a partial finish means preparing the apartment so that the buyer—or their designer—can implement their vision from the very first day of purchase.

All structural and partition wall contours are prepared for plastering; all engineering systems—water supply, electricity, heating, sewage, ventilation, and cooling—are fully installed, operational, and tested. Exterior finishes, stairwells, landscaping works, parking spaces, and other infrastructure will be fully completed and ready for use.

Security

The safety of the project’s common areas and premises will be ensured by installed security cameras. Apartments will be equipped with fire alarm systems and intercoms for door access control.

Environment

The project area will be adapted to residents’ needs. Green zones will be landscaped, convenient walking paths laid out, and benches and lighting installed alongside them.
