Creation of new innovative solutions and digital services by UAB Realu LT using open data (Project No. 02-045-K-0070)

Project goal and results: The project's goal is to create new innovative solutions and digital services using open data. During the project, the plan is to create an IT tool for managing real estate solutions. The created tool will operate on the basis of open data.

The project is being implemented under the Republic of Lithuania's Ministry of Economy and Innovation's 2021–2030 State Digitalization Development Program's progress measure No. 05-002-01-07-07 "Promoting data accessibility and reuse," activity "Corporate investments in the creation of new innovative solutions and digital services using open data" sub-activity "Corporate investments in the creation of new innovative solutions and digital services using open data" (Central and Western Lithuania region).

The project budget is €139,950.60, with the amount of funding allocated by the EU fund being €69,975.30. The project implementation period is from 09/2024 to 03/2026.

UAB "Realu LT" is a startup founded to create and commercialize various innovative information technology solutions for the real estate (RE) market. The solutions plan to use open data, which would allow RE market participants to receive reliable information validated by official institutions or databases. The company is currently developing an RE management platform - a product for companies and organizations that offers various RE management services, consultations, and informational support.
