The villas will be built in 2 phases and will be delivered with lighting, fully finished bathrooms with shower screens, kitchen appliances, pre-installation of A/C through air ducts, feed heating in the bathrooms, solar panel for the boiler and 3 extra solar panels for electricity whereby an EPC certificate A can be obtained. Optionally, a roof solarium can also be installed.
